摘要
目的对品管圈活动在糖尿病护理风险管理中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取2014年11月-2015年11月于我院收治的160例糖尿病患者,对比品管圈活动在干预糖尿病护理风险管理前后的统计结果。结果活动后,患者掌握糖尿病相关知识程度为93.33%,药物依从为98.33%,相较于活动前差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;活动后医护人员胰岛素保管合格率93.36%,末梢血糖测定合格率98.08%,相较活动前差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论品管圈活动在糖尿病护理风险管理的应用中能够提高护理规范性、科学性,促使患者更好地掌握相关知识并积极配合治疗。
Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activity in the risk management of diabetes care. Methods 160 cases of patients with diabetes from November 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital, compared to the control circle activity in the intervention of diabetes care risk management before and after the statistical results. Results After the activity, patients to master diabetes related knowledge level for 93.33% medication adherence 98.33%, compared to before the activity difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）, after paramedics insulin keeping qualified rate 93.36%, peripheral blood glucose determination of qualified rate of 98.08%, compared with before significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in the risk management of diabetes care can improve the nursing standard, scientific, and promote the patients to better grasp the relevant knowledge and actively cooperate with the treatment, has the value of clinical promotion.
