摘要
建立了一种微孔多聚糖中环氧氯丙烷残留的检测方法-极限浸提法,优化了实验条件。选择浸提溶剂为二氯甲烷,浸提时间为30min,浸提溶剂体积为3.0mL,满足方法检出限及回收率的要求,含量在0.15~0.75μg·mL^(-1),线性方程A=1162C+24.5,r=0.9993,检出限0.1μg·mL^(-1),RSD=4.7%(n=10)。对比了直接溶剂极限浸提和热极限浸提方法对微孔多聚糖中环氧氯丙烷残留测定的优缺点,结果表明直接溶剂浸提法具有方法简单、检出限低和回收率高的优点,可行性高。
A method for analysis and determination of residual of epichlorohydrin in microporous polysaccha- ride hemispheres -- extreme extraction method was established. The experimental conditions were optimized. The extraction solvent was carrene, the extraction time is 30min, and the extraction solvent volume is 3.0mL. The con- ditions meet the demands of detection limit and recovery. The content is 0.15-0.75μg·mL^-1. The linear equation is A=1162C+24.5, r=0.9993, the detection limit 0.11μg·mL^-1, and RSD=4.7%(n=10). The two methods of direct ex- treme extraction and hot extreme extraction were contrasted; the results showed that direct extreme extraction method was simple, low detection limit and high recovery and more feasible.
