基于ADAMS的石油管道缠绕机齿轮系统仿真

摘要 在动力学分析软件ADAMS下创建石油管道缠绕机齿轮传动系的简化模型,进而对模型添加约束、设置驱动参数并进行运动仿真,得到齿轮传动系在设定运动状态下各齿轮的角速度、角加速度、位移和位移加速度等特性曲线,与理论值进行比较,验证了理论设计的合理性。 Using ADAMS, the dynamic analysis software, the study realized the virtual prototype modeling and dynamic simulation of the gear transmission system of oil pipe winding machine, which greatly short- ens the design cycle and reduces the cost of the repeating machine-making. This paper mainly introduces the simplified model of the gear transmission system of the oil pipe winding machine, and then adds the constraint and the driving parameters to the ADAMS, obtaining the characteristic curve of the gear trans- mission system under the condition of setting the angular velocity and the angular velocity of the gear. By comparing it with theoretical value, it verifies the rationality of theoretical calculation, which provides an important theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the gear transmission system of oil pipeline.
