摘要
介绍了薄壳圆柱齿轮壳的铸件结构及采用消失模铸造工艺所产生的铸件变形问题,通过以下措施:(1)更改分模方式,避免粘模过程人为造成变形;(2)选择适当的珠粒密度;(3)保证泡塑模在烘干阶段没有外力作用,温度均一,收缩变形一致;(4)设计一种强制性泡塑模校正胎具,用以校正和防止泡塑模翘曲变形;(5)选用具有良好强度和透气性的涂料,并保证一定的涂层厚度;(6)降低振实激振力,缩短振实时间,减少振实过程造成的变形。最终将变形废品率由30%以上降至0.5%以内,综合废品率小于5%。
The casting structure of cylindrical shell of the gear shell and the use of lost foam casting process produced casting deformation were introduced. The following measures was taken : ( 1 )Changing parting mode to avoid sticky molding process distortion caused by man.(2)Selecting the appropriate density and size of the sand.(3)To ensure that no external force on foam mold during the drying stage, the temperature was uniform, shrinkage deformation was consistent. (4)A foam mold was designed to prevent foam mold warpage.(5)Choosing a coating with good strength and permeability and maintain a certain thickness.(6) Reducing tap exciting force and shorten the time to reduce the distortion caused by taping. By these improvements,the deformation scrap rate fell to 0.5% from 30% and integrated waste drop below 5%.
