摘要
广东省中小企业在促进经济增长、增加市场活力、优化产业结构和创造就业机会等方面发挥着日益重要的作用,但中小企业一直存在融资难、融资贵的瓶颈问题。因此,可借鉴发达国家在中小企业融资上进行的制度创新,充分发挥地方政府在制度安排中的重要作用,促进广东省中小企业的顺利融资。
Medium-sized and Small Enterprises （ MSEs ）in Guangdong province play an increasingly important role in promoting economic growth, increasing market activity, optimizing industrial structure and creating employment opportunities, but there are still a bottleneck in （MSEs）.Thus,it can draw on the institutional innovation of the developed countries in the financing of MSEs, and make full use of the important role of local government in the system arrangement, and promote the smooth financing of MSEs in Guangdong province.
