摘要
农产品安全是国家主权安全的组成部分,也是社会稳定的基石。自古以来,很多国内外知名学者、领袖人物都对农产品安全进行了较为深刻的阐述,认为农产品安全应该是系统性、层次性、动态性的复杂体系,而不只是数量安全、质量安全或者其他某一方面。中国特色农产品安全体系也不例外。经过六十多年的实践,形成了具有中国特色的农产品安全"七位"发展模式。思想观点与生产实践的结合所产生的火花,启示了中国特色农产品安全的基本内涵。
Agricultural safety is an integral part of national sovereignty safety, as well as the cornerstone of social stability.Since ancient times, many domestic and foreign famous scholars and leaders have given profound elaboration on the safety of agricultural products, and they think that the safety of agricultural products should be a systematic, hierarchical and dynamic complex system, not just quantity safety, quality safety or that in another aspect.Agricuhural safety system with Chinese characteristics is not an exception.After sixty yeal of practice, ＂seven-in-one＂mode agricultural products safely with Chinese characteristics has formed.The sparks generated by the combination of ideas and production practice inspirited the basic content of the saity of agricultural products with Chinese characteristics.
