摘要
米老鼠凸模的逆向制造过程,首先是用三坐标测量仪对米老鼠凸模进行点采集,然后选择UG软件来完成米老鼠凸模的造型;再次,利用CAM技术将米老鼠凸模的模型转化为NC代码,最后在铣床上加工出米老鼠凸模。将逆向工程与CNC相结合,来完成米老鼠的生产和再创造,配合高精密性的铣床或者加工中心,不仅能达到精度和质量要求,而且缩短了产品开发周期,使产品的消化吸收和二次开发工作准确快捷,大大的提高生产力。
In the processing of the Mickey Mouse convex mold reverse manufacturing, firstly, using CMM to colect points of Mickey Mouse convex mold; secondly ,selecting UG software to accomplish the model of Mickey Mouse convex mold; lastly, CAM technology model wil be used into Mickey Mouse punch of NC code, and then process Mickey Mouse in the miling machine. Combining Reverse engineering with CNC to complete production and re-creation of Mickey Mouse, with high-precision miling machine or machining center, not only to achieve the precision and quality requirements, but also shorten the product development cycle so that products of digestion and absorption and secondary development of accurate and efficient, greatly improve productivity.
