摘要
目的探讨多参数磁共振成像对前列腺癌的诊断应用效果。方法选取2014年4月到2015年3月收治的76例疑似前列腺癌患者进行MP—MRI方法检查，并对其进行病理检查，对结果的阴性和阳性进行对比。结果DCE—MRI检查序列对病灶检出率较DWI、T2WI和T1WI高；采用多参数磁共振成像诊断技术，正确率为86．84％，灵敏度为90．32％，特异度为84．44％。结论多参数磁共振成像技术MP-MRI对前列腺癌的诊断，准确度、灵敏度和特异性较高，且能明显地显示癌灶周围组织情况，非常有助于治疗方案的选择，值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the research of muhiparameter magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer application effect.Methods Select from April 2014 to March 2015 of the 76 suspected patients with prostate cancer for MP - MRI method,and carries on the pathological examination,negative and positive contrast analysis of the results.Results DCE MRI sequence of lesion detection rate DWI,TIWI and T2WI can high; The multiple parameters of magnetic resonance imaging diagnostic techniques,the results： the accuracy is 86.84% ,the sensitivity was 90.32% ,84.44% .Conclusion Muhiparameter magnetic resonance imaging （fmri） MP - MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer,accuracy,high sensitivity and specificity,and can clearly show that cancer surrounding tissues,helps to the choice of treatment plan,is worth popularizing clinically used.
