摘要
该研究选取广东科学技术职业学院大学生乒乓球运动员12名,通过对其进行为期8周的运动训练,探讨运动训练对高职院校乒乓球运动员体成分的影响。结果显示,经过8周运动训练后,受试者体重无显著性变化(P>0.05)而瘦体重明显增加,体脂含量和体脂百分率显著性降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,运动训练可以改善机体体成分使其构成更加合理化,同时为科学地安排大学生乒乓球运动训练提供实验数据和理论支持。
This research selected 12 table tennis athletes of Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology,investigated the effect of exercise training on body composition in Higher Vocational College Table Tennis athletes through 8 weeks'exercise training.The result showed that the subjects had no significant changes in body weight and lean body mass(P〉0.05)increased significantly and Ihe content of body fat and body fat percentage decreased significantly(P〈0.05)after 8 weeks of exercise training,Thus,exercise training can improve the body composition to form more reasonably,while can provide data of experiment and support of theory for scientifically arranging the university students'table tennis sports training.
