小学生步行上下学对体质健康的影响

摘要 小学生体质健康下降特别是超重、肥胖率逐年递升与其日常体力活动有直接关系,小学生在学校、在学习、活动时间安排难以改变的情况下,步行上下学是增加体力活动量和强度的主要来源,长期步行上下学对小学生身心健康均有良好的促进作用。该文在介绍小学生步行上下学现状基础上,分析了步行上下学对小学生体质健康的作用,同时探讨小学生步行上下学制约因素并提出了应对措施。 The decline of physical health of primary school students, especially the increasing rate of overweight and obesity has a direct relationship with their daily physical activities.Since it is difficult to change the elementary school student's arrangement of staying at school, studying and doing physical activities, walking to and from school becomes the key method to increase the physical activities and strength.The long--term habit of walking to and from school plays a good part in promoting the primary student's physical and mental health. Based on the introduction of the actual situation of elementary school students walking to and from school, this article analyses the importance of walking to the primary student's health. Further more,it also discusses the limiting factors of walking to and from school and puts forward the solutions to the problems.
