摘要
目的探讨影响职工医疗保险患者住院费用的主要影响因素,为合理控制医疗费用提供理论上的依据。方法以徐州市某大型三级甲等医院2012年1月1日—2013年6月30日市区职工医保出院患者为研究对象,采用因子分析方法对市区职工医疗保险16 257人次住院病人医疗费用进行分析。结果市区职工医疗保险患者住院医疗费用的14个因素中存在4种主要支配因子。结论降低职工医保患者住院医疗费应主要从降低药费、医用材料费、治疗费着手。
Objective Discussed affect patients＆#39; hospitalization expenses of insurance of worker medical treatment to the main influencing factors, provide theoretical basis for reasonable control medical costs. Methods The data collected from a top first-class hospital of the urban workers medical insurance inpatients in Xuzhou city from January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, 16 257 medical insurant inpatients were enrolled in this study, the medical expenditures were analysed with factor analysis method. Results The fourteen composing fees of the medical expenditure of insurant inpatients include four main controlling factors. Conclusion The effective measure for controlling the overage rise of medical expenditure is to decrease the fee for medicine, Medical materials and treatment.
