波谱法确定栎木鞣花素的结构

摘要 本文试图用波谱法中的现代新技术来确定栎木鞣花素这种鞣质的结构。事实证明,快速原子轰击质谱,DEPT和双向(维)核磁共振关联技术等的有机结合,己构成了鞣质结构测定的有效途径。在此定量定性分析鞣质的基础上,有关鞣质、鞣料和鞣剂方面的定性、定量或半定量的研究将成为可能。 Vescalagin, now believed to exist in a number of species of plants, has been isolated from chestnut tannin extract as reported already. The structure of it, determined with chemical transformation by classical workers, can be now assigned more easily by combining modern techniques of spectroscopic methods. It is here an attempt to demonstrate these assignment by using fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectroscopy and DEPT, two dimentional nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) correlation spectroscopy and so on. It is believed that the research on tannin extracts, tannins themselves and related area can be carried out qualitatively and quantitatively on the basis of this kind of investigation.
