摘要
在终身教育的服务供给中,地方电大正在实践"跨界链接者"的角色,连接不同类型组织,发起并创建各类终身教育产品供给网络,形成了不同类型的"链接"模式。不过"跨界链接"仍存在合作伙伴选择较为随机、链接目标单一、边界管理困难、效果难以测量等困境,因此,明确地方电大"跨界链接"的定位,优化链接机制方能促进终身教育跨界合作的进一步发展。
In the service distribution of lifelong education, local RTV universities areplaying the role of "Boundary spanner" who are connecting different types of organizations, launching and creating all kinds of lifelong education products supply network, forming a different type of "spanner" mode. However, Cross-border cooperation still exist some problems in terms of partner selection, connecting target ,boundary management and so on. The author states that cross-border cooperation in the development of lifelong education requires us to define the orientation of "Boundary spanner" and optimize the connecting mechanism.
