摘要
企业文化,作为企业精神和企业价值观的集中体现,是企业的灵魂。企业社会责任报告,作为企业与利益相关方沟通的重要桥梁,能反映企业的文化。用文化维度理论研究联想集团和微软公司的企业社会责任报告发现,两家企业的企业文化在五个维度上均存在差异,差异趋势基本吻合中美两国的文化维度指数。该理论能很好地解释两家企业的文化差异。用该理论研究企业社会责任报告有助于企业的跨文化沟通与管理。
Corporate culture, as the embodiment of corporate spirits and corporate values, is the core value of corporations. Corporate Social Responsibility Report, which serves as the media of communication between cor- porations and interested parties, reflects the corporate culture of the corporation concerned. By studying Corpo- rate Social Responsibility Reports issued by Lenovo and Microsoft from the perspective of Cultural Dimensions, it is found that the corporate cultures of the two corporations are distinct in 5 dimensions and the disparities are consistent with the index of Cultural Dimensions of China and United States. Cultural Dimensions can well inter- pret the distinction of the corporate cultures between Lenovo and Microsoft. The study of Corporate Social Re- sponsibility Report from the perspective of Cultural Dimensions can facilitate cross-cultural communication and management of the two corporations.
