摘要
广佛肇经济圈是珠三角地区最大的经济圈。三地资源互补,产业具有层次性差异,产业错位发展具有现实可行性,产业发展的实践也证明这种错位的优越性。目前三地在产业错位发展中仍存在合作机制不健全、生态补偿不到位、发展路径待优化等问题,为此需要创新合作机制、完善多层次生态补偿机制、建立多种类型的错位发展模式等。
The Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing economic circle is the biggest economic circle in the Pearl Riv- er Delta region. The resources compensate each other, and industries also display different development stages in three cities. So industrial dislocation has its realistic feasibility; and the practice of industrial development has proved its advantage status. However, there still exist such problems as ineffective cooperation system, imperfect ecological cooperation mechanism, and poor development. Thus, we should improve the cooperation mecha- nism, build a variety of ecological compensation mechanism, and establish new different mode of industrial dislo- cation.
