摘要
高速公路在带来出行方便的同时其建设运营过程也在一定程度上对环境造成了直接或间接的影响。为了适应交通运输行业向资源节约的方向转型,进一步推动交通运输行业的节能减排,文中提出了基于生命周期的绿色低碳高速公路的概念,分析了全生命周期的低碳高速公路减碳路径和实现思路。从高速公路规划设计、建设施工、运营管理三个维度研究了9大类24项低碳措施技术,为实现高速公路全过程低碳提供了参考借鉴。
