摘要
生鲜电商被认为是电商企业最后一片蓝海,市场潜力巨大,目前市场渗透率仍然不足3%。自2013年以来,电商巨头天猫、京东、1号店、苏宁易购等纷纷发力生鲜领域,电商巨头的进入为生鲜电商市场带来了强劲的驱动力,市场规模快速扩张。但生鲜商品配送要求高、运输损耗高,物流成本居高不下仍然是生鲜行业现存的难题,这也导致经营生鲜这一品类的电商中盈利的只占1%。文中主要从众包模式的角度去分析生鲜电商行业,进而为生鲜电商企业解决保存、配送、物流成本高等诸多难题提供可行性的对策与建议。
The last blue ocean of e -commercial industry is well known as fresh food and e -commerce industry, which has a huge market potential,but there is still a problem that its market penetration rate now is less than 3%. Since 2013, e - commercial corporate giants, such as Tianmao, Jingdong, Store number 1, Su Ningyi purchase, all develop the field of fresh food industry, contributing to the powerful driving force and the rapid expansion of fresh food and e - commerce marketplace. However, the highly demanding delivering time, high transportation losses and high logistics costs are all the existing challenges of fresh food industry,resulting only 1% fresh food and e -commerce companies could be in the black. This article mainly analyzes fresh food and e - commerce industry from the angle of crowdsourcing pattern and proposes some suggestions and the problems of high costs of storage, delivery, and logistics for the fresh food and e - commerce companies.
