摘要
上海自贸区的成立为跨境电商的发展创造了前所未有的机遇,传统内贸电商积极拓展跨境业务,而降低供应链成本、缩短供应链周期是其转型的重点。文中利用对上海地区231家电商企业的问卷调查获得的数据建立结构方程模型,运用回归分析法和科学的数据处理方法对影响传统内贸电商转型为跨境电商的供应链因子进行实证分析,研究结果表明:总体上,税收政策、物流状况对供应链成本影响显著,物流状况、融资情况对供应链周期影响显著。而根据电商企业规模和所处的转型阶段的不同,在对影响供应链的各因子上又各有侧重。基于以上分析根据电商企业的规模和发展阶段提出转型意见。
The establishment of the free - zone of Shanghai is an opportunity for cross - business e - commerce enterprise, and many traditional e - commercial enterprises would like to transform into cross - border e - commerce enterprises. Therefore, reducing the time and cost of supply chain is the most important thing they should focus on. The Structural Equation Model is based on the data of questionnaire survey. And the questionnaires are filled in by the employees of 231＇s enterprises. The ways of data processing are regression analysis, the result shows that the cost of supply chain depends on the revenue and logistics, the time of supply chain depends on the logistics and financing. But the factors, on which the supply chain depends, are different since the different size and stage of the e - commerce enterprises. Based on above, this paper puts forward suggestions according to the size and stage of the e - commerce enterprises.
