摘要
莆田海上风电项目试验风机的基础采用高桩混凝土承台,目的在于通过试桩为后续建设的风机基础选型提供依据。承台桩基采用打入钢管桩和嵌岩桩,钢管桩要求进入标贯70击的散体状强风化花岗岩层中7~11.5 m。文章主要介绍了钢桩可打性分析方法,通过采用D-250柴油锤和MENCK800S液压锤,顺利完成了沉桩,形成一套完整的沉桩施工工艺,可供类似工程施工参考。
The test wind power generator foundation of Putian offshore wind power generation project used the high pile concrete cap, the purpose is to provide the basis for the selection of the follow-up construction of the wind turbine foundation. The pile foundation with caps used the steel pipe pile and embedded rock pile, steel pipe pile need to enter 70 SPT blow count of granular strong weathered granite layer 7-11.5 m. We introduced the driveability analysis method of steel piles. The steel piles is successfully completed by using diesel hammer D-250 and hydraulic hammer MENCK800S, and a complete set of construction technology of the pile is summarized, which can provide reference for similar projects.
