摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方式,辨析西方供给学派和中国新供给经济学的缘起、理论观点和政策主张,把握"供给侧改革"的核心思想,结合我国体育产业存在的问题,探讨"供给侧改革"对我国体育产业发展的启示。研究认为,新供给经济学源于供给学派但又不同于传统的供给学派,是供给学派的中国化,"供给侧改革"实际上是一种经济增长的新思路,本质上是一种提高全要素生产率的经济改革模式。我国体育产业存在着无效供给过度、有效供给不足和"供需错位"等供给问题。减少无效供给是增加我国体育产业竞争力的前提,增加有效供给是提高体育产业竞争力的根本,把握供给侧改革机遇是体育产业实现跨越式发展的保障。
Literature study and logical analysis were adopted to compare the origin, the theories and the policies of the sup- ply side economics and China＇s new supply side economics in order to understand the core ideas of ＂supply side＂ and shed enlightenments on the development of China＇s sports industry. The research showed that although China＇s new supply side economics was derived from supply side economics, there were many differences. ＂ ＂ ＂ Supply side was a strategy of develo- ping economy, a reform of all-in-all enhancement of productivity. There was too more ineffective supply and less effective supply in China＇s sports industry. What was more, disparity between needs and supply became a serious problem. Therefore, ineffective supply should be reduced and effective supply should be enhanced. ＂Supply side＂ could safeguard the leaping forward of the sports industry.
