摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查法,以江苏省为调查对象,从公众层面对公共体育信息服务的传播渠道和服务功能的需求情况进行分析研究。研究发现,公共体育信息服务的发展还处于起步阶段;基本公共体育信息服务的信息内容主要包括体育场地信息、体育活动信息、体育组织信息、体育指导信息和体育监测信息五个部分;不同人群对公共体育信息服务的传播渠道和服务功能需求存在一定差异;网站和手机是公众获取公共体育信息服务最需要的信息传播渠道,信息发布功能为公众最需要的网站服务功能。从信息需求层次理论来看,公众能够客观认识到公共体育信息服务需求的一部分,即准确地意识到部分公共体育信息服务的信息需求,但未能对信息需求产生全面的认识。根据人口统计学特征,针对不同人群的需求特征,通过多种渠道提供多种功能的公共体育信息服务,引导公众全面认识其公共体育信息服务的需求,可以在一定程度上提高服务质量并获得更好的效果。
Based on literature study and questionnaires, the public needs on public sports information service channels and functions in Jiangsu Province were analyzed. It could be seen that the development of public sports information service was still in its infancy. The basic public sports service information mainly included sports grounds and facilities, sports activi- ties, sports organizations, sports guidance and monitoring. There existed differences in needs among different people on the communication channel and function of public sports information service. Websites and mobile phones were the main sources. Information publishing was most needed. Seen from the information hierarchy of needs, the public could objec- tively recognize some needs of the public sports information service. According to the demographic characteristics, a varie- ty of functions of the public sports information service should be provided and guide the public, which could improve the service quality, achieve better effect and raise satisfaction.
