摘要
碱度对于烧结矿性能具有决定性影响,主要是碱度会影响烧结粘结相的组成,进而影响烧结矿的冶金性能。研究表明:粘结相的类型不但影响烧结矿的产质量指标,也对高炉生产有很大的影响。在烧结粘结相中,以铁酸钙粘结相为最优,增加烧结矿中铁酸钙粘结相既有利于提高烧结矿的强度,也有利于改善烧结矿的还原性。确定烧结适宜碱度对于提高产品质量,降低生产成本具有重要意义。课题结合重钢生产实际,通过烧结实验,深入研究了碱度对烧结铁酸钙、液相生成能力及物相组成的影响规律,为优化配矿,降低生产成本提供了技术支持,同时为优化工艺,改善生产指标提供了科学依据。
Alkalinity had decisive influence on the properties of sinter basicity, mainly affected the sintering binder phase composition, thereby affecting the metallurgical properties of sinter. Research shows that: bonded phase types not only affect the output and quality of sintered ore. index, also has a great influence on the production of blast furnace. Phase in the sintering bonding, with calcium ferrite bonded phase is optimal, increasing the sinter calcium ferrite bonded phase is conducive to improve the sinter strength, but also conducive to the reduction of sinter. Sinter basicity for improving the quality of the product, has the vital significance to reduce the production cost. Based on the subject of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co.Ltd, studied the basicity of sinter calcium ferrite, liquid phase generative capacity and phase composition by sintering experiments, for the ore matching optimization, provide technical support to reduce the production cost, and to optimize the process, provides scientific basis for improving the production index.
