摘要
目的探讨胃癌连带性贫血贫血与胃癌临床病特点的关联性。方法选取2014年4月—2015年4月该院收治的30例胃癌患者,收集入选病例的血常规、胃癌临床病理组织学分型、胃癌分期、胃癌分型以及胃癌细胞分化程度等相关数据。结果胃癌病例组织学分型与贫血发生率无关联性（P=0.017）,χ~2=0.9367,r=0.912;胃癌临床分型与贫血发生率有相关性（P〈0.05）,χ~2=28.365,r=0.201;胃癌病理分期与贫血程度有关联性（P=0.002）,χ~2=5.2473,r=0.656;胃癌细胞分化程度与贫血无相关性（P=0.032）,χ~2=0.5473,r=0.013。结论胃癌的病例组织学分型和胃癌细胞分化程度与胃癌连带性贫血无关联性,而与胃癌临床病理分型和胃癌病例临床分期有关联性。
Objective To study the correlation of gastric cancer associated anemia and clinical and pathological characteristics of gastric cancer. Methods 30 cases of patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were se-lected and their blood routine, clinical histopathological classification of gastric cancer, gastric cancer staging, gastric cancer sub-groups and gastric cancer cell differentiation degree and other related data were collected. Results The type of gastric cancer pa-tients was not associated with the incidence of anemia （P=0.017）,χ2=0.9367,r=0.912;clinical classification of gastric cancer was associated with the incidence of anemia （P〈0.05）,χ2=28.365,r=0.201;the pathological stage of gastric cancer was associated with the degree of anemia （P=0.002）,χ2=5.2473,r=0.656;the differentiation degree of gastric cancer cells was not associated with anemia （P=0.032）,χ2=0.5473,r=0.013. Conclusion Cases of gastric cancer and differentiation degree of gastric cancer cells were not associated with gastric cancer associated anemia, but was associated with clinical pathological classification and clinical stag-ing of gastric cancer.
