栽培模式和复合肥类型对隆平206光合特性及产量构成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究玉米杂交种隆平206在四种栽培模式、两种复合肥条件下,揭示不同栽培模式和复合肥对玉米光合特性及产量构成的重要作用。方法:采用双因素裂区设计,主区为行距配置及一穴双株,分等行距(A_1)、等行距一穴双株(A_2一穴双株)、宽窄行(A_3)、宽窄行(A_4)4种方式,副区为基肥类型,分复合肥施丹利(B1NPK=18∶18∶18)、地富原玉米专用复合肥(B2NPK=26∶12∶10)共8个处理组,重复4次。结果:在拔节期穗位节间,木质部平均面积、维管束平均面积、韧皮部平均面积、导管孔径、导管个数、单位视野个数均是在栽培模式A_3处理下达到最大值,且与A_1、A_2、A_4处理间差异显著,隆平206光合特性即气孔导度、光合速率、细胞间隙CO_2浓度、蒸腾速率等因子均在A_3B2处理条件下达最大值,光饱和点、光补偿点量子效率、最大净光合速率,在栽培模式A_3和A_1、A_2、A_4处理间差异显著,光补偿点、暗呼吸速率在各栽培模式处理间差异显著,对隆平206产量及产量构成要素处理间差异显著,其中产量构成要素总穗数是在A_2B_2时值最大。结论:在拔节期穗位节间,维管束结构均是在栽培模式A_3处理下达到最大值、光合特性因子均在A_3B_2处理条件下达最大值,产量及产量构成要素均在A_3B_2处理条件下达最大值,也就是说栽培模式在宽窄行A_3(70+50cm)效果最好。为生产中隆平206栽培管理和施肥提供依据。 Objective: To investigate the effect of four cultivation patterns and two compound fertilizer types on root morphology index at seedling stage, the volume and the dry weight of root at elongation stage, the physiological property of root, leaf and stem, the agronomic traits and dry matter accumulation, grain filling and NPK accumulation, photosynthetic characteristics and yield components. It illustrates that different cultivation patterns and compound fertilizer types make important effects on the growth of Longping 206. Method: The main plot is row -spacing allocation and double plants in a hole. The four seeding styles are equal in row spacing (A1 ), equal in row spacing and double plants in a hole ( A2 ), wide and narrow row spacing ( A3 ), wide and narrow row spacing (A4) , respectively. The vice plot is basic fertilizer type and uses Stanley compound fertilizer and Difuyuan special compound fertilizer for corn. The experiment has eight treatment groups and four repetitions foreach group. Result: The ear internode at elongation stage, the mean area of xylem, the mean area of vascular bundle, the mean area of phloem, the vessel aperture, the vessel amount and the per sight amount have all reached maximum in the treatment A3, and have significant difference with treatment A1 , A2 and A4. The photosynthetic characteristics of Longping 206, include the stomatal conductance, the photosynthetic rate, the CO2 concentration of cell spaces, the transpiration rate, etc, have all reached maximum in the treatment A3 B2. The light saturation point, the quantum efficiency of light compensation point, the maximum net photosynthetic rate in treatment A3 have significant difference with A1, A2 and A4. The light compensation point and dark respiration rate have significant difference in each cultivation pattern. The yield and its component of Longping 206 have significant difference in different treatments, and the total spikes reached maximum in the treatment A2B2. Conclusion : The ear internode at elongation stage, Vascular bundles, which have reached the maximum, photosynthetic characteristics factors were in A3B2 treatment conditions issued maximum yield and its elements are in A3B2 treatment conditions issued a maximum value. That is to say cultivation model best in wide narrow row spacing (70 + 50cm) effect under the cultivation mode in the treatment of A3. Provide the basis for the production of Longping 206 cultivation management and fertilization.
