超甜玉米乳熟期主营养成分动态分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析不同超甜玉米乳熟期主营养成分的变化。方法:以云甜玉9号和秦隆98两个超甜玉米为材料,动态分析了乳熟期玉米籽粒水分含量、百粒重、蔗糖、果糖、维生素C、维生素E、蛋白质、淀粉等营养成分含量变化趋势。结果:在授粉后7~35 d,不同超甜玉米品种百粒重增重速率不同,呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中云甜玉9号在授粉后28d达到最大值,秦隆98在授粉后21d达到最大值。随着灌浆时间的推进,不同超甜玉米品种籽粒营养成分在授粉后14~35 d存在较大差异,超甜玉米籽粒水分和蔗糖含量逐渐下降,而淀粉和蛋白质含量不断增加,果糖、维生素C、维生素E含量均呈"抛物线"变化。结论:该研究可为超甜玉米的目标育种、遗传改良提供理论依据。 Objective:The changes of main nutritional components of different super sweet corn in milky maturity stage nere analysed. Method:The Yun - tian -yu 9 and Qin long 98 were selected as the test materials, dynamic analysis of nutrition quality of super sweet corn in milky maturity stage consists of kernel moisture content, 100 grain weight, sucrose content, fructose content, vitamin C, vitamin E, protein, starch and other nutrient content. Result:The growth rate of 100 kernel weight and nutrition quality of the kernel in different varieties were different, it first increased and then decreased after 7 - 35 d in the pollination, Yun - tian - yu 9 was maximum after 28 d and Qin long 98 after 21 d in pollination. Kernel moisture and sucrose content of super sweet corn were decreased, Starch content and protein were increased, and fructose, vitamin C, vitamin E content in milky maturity stage were in a parabola change. Conclusion: The study provides theory basis for the target breeding and genetic improvement of super sweet corn.
