摘要
无棱镜电子全站仪无需安置棱镜或反射片作为反射目标即能测定待定点的空间位置。介绍了基于全站仪测量技术的LPG运输船卧式储罐容量测量技术,针对卧式储罐椭球形封头和圆柱筒体,设计了数据拟合算法并开发系统软件。经过试验验证,该系统成功解决卧式储罐容量测量技术问题,具有较好的应用价值。
Non-prism electronic total station instrument can detect the spatial position of the feature points without using prisms or reflecting plates as reflecting target. The capacity measurement technology of the horizontal tank on LPG carrier, which was based on the measurement technology of the total station, was introduced in the paper. The fitting algorithm was designed and the data processing software was also developed in order to measure the ellipsoid head and cylindrical body of the horizontal tank. Tested and verified by the experiments, the system with its good application value, was proved to succeed in solving the technology problem of capacity measurement.
