摘要
35500 DWT大湖型自卸散货船是上海船舶研究设计院(SDARI)为加拿大船东CSL设计的一艘专用于北美五大湖及圣劳伦斯运河航道的重力式自卸散货船。对主要参数、主尺度选取、线型设计和推进设计、总布置设计、自卸系统设计、稳性及装载工况、机电设计等7个方面的关键技术进行研究。重点剖析了线型优化和推进设计、总布置设计和自卸系统设计的难点。针对节能、环保、舒适性、自动化等领域提出了行之有效的措施。
The 35 500 DWT great lake size gravity self-unloading bulk carrier was developed by SDARI for Canada owner CSL,which was specially designed for sailing in the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence River. The following seven key aspects were introduced in the paper: main particulars, selection of main dimensions, design of hull form and propulsion system, general arrangement, self -unloader system design, stability, loading conditions and design of machinery and electricity. The technology difficulties of the design of hull form, propulsion system, general arrangement and self-unloader system were analyzed in detail. Effective measures for energy saving, environmental protection, comfort for crew.automation and etc. were also included.
