摘要
分析了烷基化反应器工艺管线Alloy20的化学成分及其焊接性,选用了相应的焊接材料,制定了适当的焊接工艺参数和现场施工措施,确保焊接接头满足要求,并成功应用在生产实践中。
The chemical composition and weldability of Alloy 20 were analyzed,which was used in process pipeline of the alkylation reactor.The corresponding welding materials was selected and a proper welding parameters and on-site construction measures were determined and taken,which ensure the welded joint to meet the requirements,and were successfully applied in production.
