摘要
癫痫是一种常见的慢性神经系统疾病,属全球性公共卫生问题。癫痫对患者的认知和行为、性格和情绪以及睡眠等多方面产生负面影响,并导致患者死亡率升高。根据病因不同,癫痫可分为3种,即特发性癫痫、症状性癫痫和隐源性癫痫。近年来,有关预防性抗癫痫药物治疗得到了广泛的研究。本文针对癫痫常见病因的预防性抗癫痫药物治疗,综述了国内外的最新研究进展,为进一步研究预防性抗癫痫药物治疗方法提供参考。
Epilepsy is a kind of common chronic nervous system disease,which belongs to a global public health problem. Epileptic disease has negative impact on cognition and behavior,personality and mood,as well as condition of sleep of the patients,leading to increased mortality. According to causes of the disease,epilepsy can be divided to 3 types ：idiopathic,symptomatic and cryptogenic epilepsy. In recent years,there has been a wide range of studies on the preventive antiepileptic drug treatment. In this paper,the preventive antiepileptic drugs treatment for common epilepsy disease were reviewed in order to provide references for further research on the preventive antiepileptic drug treatment.
