TSE-1基因缺陷小鼠出现肺泡Ⅱ型细胞异常表型

摘要 肺泡II型上皮细胞(AT II)是肺泡表面的一类重要细胞,正常情况下不易被直接观察到。现在发现一种基因敲除小鼠(TSE-1)的肺脏内出现肺泡II型细胞增多且体积明显增大的现象。本文对这一现象结合图片进行了介绍,并总结了肺泡II型细胞的生理功能和可能与TSE-1的关系。在转基因小鼠中的该发现可使大量AT II在光镜下直接被观察到,使关于AT II的动物实验敏感性升高,为未来的肺病生理研究提供了动物模型和物质基础。 Alveolar epithelial cells II (AT II) is a kind of very important cells of alveolus. They are hard to be observed in microscopic field because of very less number. Here we found an extraordinarily increased number and increased in volume of AT II cells in the alveolus of one kind of gene knockout mice. In this paper, the phenomenon combined with image are introduced, and sums up the physiological function of alveolar type II cells and possible relationship with TSE-1. This type of increase in AT II cells in gene knockout mice can easily he seen in microscopic field; furthermore, it can lay the platform for future experiments about AT II cells and provide us with an animal model and material base for pathophysiological research on lung cells.
