摘要
血液透析是指通过血液透析的机器,对患者的血液利用对流、弥散、吸附等方式来对血液的问题进行治疗。血液透析的治疗患者大都是患有慢性疾病的患者,免疫机能差,在做血液透析的时候容易感染,应加强对血液透析卫生的管理,避免患者在做血液透析时遭受感染。该文分析了云南省医疗系统血液透析卫生管理情况的现状,找出其卫生管理过程中容易出现的问题如医疗人员对血液透析概念不清晰、血液透析室房屋布置不合理、透析复用不够准确规范、医务人员消毒观念不强、缺乏完善合理的血液透析管理制度、血液透析方面的医务人员人手不够等,并对针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施,如加强对血液透析卫生管理制度进行建设、合理配置血液透析室的布局、提高医务人员的消毒观念、建立血液透析制度培训基地、加强对医务人员业务水平的培养、注意对患者血液透析的管理等有效手段,从而有效地防止血液透析事故的发生,以完善云南省医疗系统血液透析的卫生管理,提高血液治疗手段,维护患者的生命健康权利。
Hemodialysis is a machine that can be used to treat patients with the use of the machine, the blood flow, disper-sion, adsorption and so on. The treatment of hemodialysis patients with chronic diseases, and their immune function is very poor, so the time to do the blood dialysis is very easy to suffer from infection, so to strengthen the management of hemodial-ysis, to avoid patients in the hemodialysis. To this end, the Yunnan provincial health management system to analyze the sta-tus quo of the health management process, such as medical personnel on the hemodialysis concept is not clear, hemodialysis room layout is not reasonable, and the lack of accurate, hemodialysis, medical personnel are not strong, lack of medical per-sonnel and so on, and to address these issues, such as strengthening the management and maintenance of hemodialysis. The occurrence of the accident, improve the health management of the medical system in Yunnan Province, improve the blood treatment method, and maintain the patient＇s life and health rights.
