摘要
"一带一路"与京津冀协同发展、长江经济带并列为我国"十三五"时期的重大国家发展战略。推进"一带一路"战略实施和中国企业走出去,注重项目自身的可持续性和项目落地的环境影响,建设绿色"一带一路"具有重要的意义。本文分析了环保在"一带一路"战略中的意义,提出3个引领和3个服务的定位,并基于当前实施绿色"一带一路"面临的困难,创造性提出"互动环保"与"自律环保"相结合的理念以及一些具体的政策建议。
One belt and One Road, together with The Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, The Yangtze River Economic Zone, are important national development strategies in China＇s 13th Five Year period. Promoting the Implement of One Belt and One Road strategy and Chinese companies going abroad, Taking project＇s sustainability and environment impact into account, Constructing the Green One belt and One Road are all of importance. This article analyzed the significance of environment protection in the One Belt and One Road Strategy, addressed the position of Three Guide and Three Service, and presented the new ideas of Interaction Environment Protection and Self-Discipline Environment Protection and some detailed policy suggestions.
