摘要
社区卫生服务机构作为我国医疗卫生服务体系的基础环节,对于分流患者、建立合理的就医秩序具有重要作用。本文以太原市C社区卫生服务中心为研究对象,针对目前社区卫生服务站的服务情况进行问卷调查,通过SPSS数据分析软件进行因子分析,从社区卫生服务机构的人员服务态度、具体服务情况和健康教育活动三个方面分别进行研究。
Community hygiene service agencies are a basic part of Chinese medical and health service system, playing an important role in undertaking the treatment of patients and establishing a rational treatment order. With C Community of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province as an example, we made some questionnaire surveys on the services of community hygiene stations, did some SPSS factor analyses, and studied the medical staff＇ s attitude, treatment conditions and health education activities.
