摘要
对20例透明细胞汗腺瘤进行了免疫组织化学的研究。角蛋白(Keratin)在所有20例的两类肿瘤细胞(透明细胞和表皮样细胞)均表现阳性,尤以囊腔内壁和腺样分泌部为强烈;Vimetin仅在2例的囊腔内壁阳性;NSE则发现在3例的肿瘤细胞巢内有散在或小灶性的阳性细胞,其形态与上述两类肿瘤细胞有明显不同。其他抗体均为阴性。根据以上结果,证实两类肿瘤细胞均来自汗腺上皮,可能是真皮部导管上皮,与肌上皮细胞完全无关。NSE可能是弥漫性神经内分泌细胞的反应性浸润。至于Vimetin在2例的囊腔内壁表达可能与肿瘤细胞的退变有关。
Twenty cases of clear cell hidradenoma were immunohistochemicallyanalyzed. Positive reaction of cytokeratin was found in all of the twenty cases, including clear cells and epidermoid cells, especially in the walls of the lumina and the portions of differentioation to glandular secretion. Vimentin were found only in the walls of the lumina of two cases. Some solitary cells and local aggregation within the tumour nests were found to be NSE positive in three cases. Desmin, GFAP, NF, Myoglobin and S-100 protein were negative in all cases. It suggested that the cells of two types of tumour both derive from the eccrin, probably the intradermal ducts, and have not any correlation to the myoepithlium. NSE may be accounted for a reactive infiltration of normal neuroendocrine cells. The significance of coexpression of cytokeration and Vimentin in the walls of the the lumina in two cases were probably a result of degeneration of tumour cells.
