摘要 鼻咽血管纤维瘤（nasopharyngealangiofibroma，NA）是一种鼻咽部良性肿瘤，虽然组织学为良性，但是其具有局部侵袭性生长、骨破坏和通过自然孔与裂缝传播等恶性肿瘤的生物学特点，且有10％～20％的肿瘤侵入颅腔。
