摘要
目的探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、尿酸(UA)水平与冠心病(CHD)的关系。方法选取该院心内科住院的150例CHD患者(CHD组),同时选取健康对照者120例(对照组),对所有入选患者的RDW、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、UA、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血脂四项进行检测,并对数据进行分析。结果与对照组RDW(12.45±0.86)%、UA(302.21±66.46)μmol/L比较,CHD组RDW(13.34±0.73)%、UA(378.32±67.20)μmol/L均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RDW、UA对CHD的诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation of coronary heart disease with the RDW(red blood cell distribution width)and UA(uric acid)level.Methods Chose 150 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital(CHD group),at the same time selected 120 healthy cases as a normal control(control group).Measured the RDW,red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),white blood cell count(WBC),platelets(PLT),UA,serum creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),lipids four of the patients whose were selected,then analyzed the data.Results The RDW(13.34±0.73)% were significantly increased in CHD group compared with RDW(12.45±0.86)% in the control group;The UA(378.32±67.20)μmol/L were also significantly increased in CHD group compared with UA(302.21±66.46)μmol/L in the control group(P0.05).ConclusionRDW and UA has an important significance for the diagnosis of CHD.
