急性心肌炎患者血浆miR-133和miR-1291的表达及临床意义

The expression and clinical significance of miR-133 and miR-1291 in plasma of acute myocarditis patients

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌炎患者血浆miR-133和miR-1291的表达及临床意义。方法 2010~2014年该院收治的38例急性心肌炎患者作为观察组,选取同期进行体检的49例健康者作为对照组,采用实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测2组研究对象血浆miR-133和miR-1291的表达情况。结果高胆固醇是急性心肌炎发病的危险因素,2组研究对象差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而在高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、饮酒等方面,2组研究对象差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。miR-133和miR-1291在观察组患者血浆中的表达水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),同时miR-133和miR-1291在急性心肌炎患者急性期的表达水平高于恢复期,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 miR-133和miR-1291在急性心肌炎患者血浆中高表达,其急性期表达水平高于恢复期,miR-133和miR-1291可能参与急性心肌炎的发生发展。 Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of miR-133 and miR-1291 in plasma of acute myocarditis patients.Methods 38 patients with acute myocarditis were chosen as the observation group during the time from 2010 to 2014in our hospital,and 49 cases which carried out healthy physical examination in the same period were chosen as the control group,the 2groups matched in sex and age.The correlation between the characterastic and acute myocarditis were compared by statistical methods.The expression of miR-133 and miR-1291 were detected by qRT-PCR.Results Hypercholesterolemia is the risk factor of acute myocarditis,there are significant differences between two group(P〈0.05),and there are no significant differences between the two group in the aspects of hypersention,diabetes,smoking and alcohol dranking(P〈0.05).The expression level of miR-133 and miR-1291 in acute myocarditis patients were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05),and the expression level of miR-133 and miR-1291 in acute stage were higher than the convalescent stage(P〈0.05).Conclusion The level of miR-133 and miR-1291 were high expression in plasma of acute myocarditis patients,the express level in acute stage is higher than convalescent stage,suggestting the 2miRNAs may participate in the occurrence and development of acute myocarditis.
