摘要
内服骆驼蓬总碱治疗127例寻常型银屑病,并与应用郁金银屑片治疗的53例进行对比。结果表明,骆驼蓬总碱是一种疗效可靠,对人体各系统无不良影响,价格低廉的药物,为银屑病提供了一个新的治疗手段。
Reports of treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by using oral harmine has not been seen in literature at home and abroad up to today. We, therefore, made a clinical trial of oral harmine on 127 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and compared its therapeutic effect with that of Tablet Tulipine for psoriasis given to 53 patients more than two years from 1987 on. The results showed harmine to be a drug with reliable effect, no side effect on human body systems, and economization of cost, thus providing a new therapeutic mean for treatment of psoriasis.
