摘要
介绍了镜频抑制混频器的镜频抑制原理,分析了镜像中频的幅度和相位误差对镜频抑制度的影响。在一只Ku波段镜频抑制混频器设计中,通过ADS软件进行相位优化,使镜频抑制度的仿真结果在1 GHz带宽内提高了6~12 d B,变频损耗小于8 d B,射频和本振端口驻波比小于1.2。
Image-rejected principle of image-rejection mixer is presented in this paper. It is analyzed that image-rejection ratio is influenced by the error of amplitude and phase of image IF. In design of a Ku-band image-rejection mixer, the phase is optimized using ADS. The simulated result shows that, the image-rejection ratio is improved by 6-12 d B, over 1GHz bandwidth, conversion loss is less than 8d B, both VSWR of RF port and LO port are less than 1.2.
