白细胞介素-10与骨关节炎相关性的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-10又称细胞因子合成抑制因子,是Mosmann及其合作者于1989年在小鼠Th2细胞中发现的一种细胞因子,能抑制Th1细胞分泌IL-2和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)。IL-10是除了转化生长因子(TGF)-β和IL-35之外具有抗炎特性的重要细胞因子。它是由活化的免疫细胞产生,特别是单核/巨噬细胞和T细胞亚群(包括TR1、调节性T细胞和Th1细胞)。IL-10通过跨膜受体复合物发挥作用,这个跨膜受体复合物由IL-10R1和IL-10R2组成,调节着多种免疫细胞的功能。
