摘要
以叉车变速箱内的一对圆柱斜齿轮为研究对象,结合Romax软件分析了不同的修形量在3种负载转矩下的修形效果。结果表明,通过微观修形能显著改善齿轮的传动性能。齿轮的最佳修形量与受到的负载转矩密切相关,应该根据实际负载大小选择合理的修形量。
Taking apair of normally engaged helical gears in forklift transmission as the research object,by use of Romax software,this paper analyzes the effect of different amount of modification under three kinds of load torque.The results show that micro modification can significantly improve the gear transmission performance.The optimum modification amount of gear is closely related to the load torque,so we should choose a reasonable amount of modification according to the actual transmission torque.
