摘要
某榴弹发射器采用小型液压缓冲器并安装在自动机上随其一起后坐。利用Fluent动网格技术模拟液压缓冲器随自动机后坐时的内部流体流动规律,研究其液压阻力特性。将液压阻力的模拟结果与理论计算对比分析,得出利用Fluent软件在武器流体仿真分析上的可行性与必要性。
A grenade launcher uses a small hydraulic buffer,which is installed on the automaton.This paper utilized the Fluent software of dynamic grid technology to simulate the flow law of internal fluid in hydraulic buffer in automaton recoiling,to study its hydraulic resistance characteristics.The simulated result of hydraulic resistance is compared with the theoretical calculation value,and the feasibility of using Fluent software in weapons fluid simulation analysis is verified.
