摘要
以越冬栽培的10余个番茄品种为试验材料,分析了其生物学性状、TY病毒病发病率、根结线虫病发病率、果实性状、产量等指标,结合分子标记检测技术进行了比较研究。结果表明:品种“金棚11号”、“辉腾”、“荷兰六号”、‘TY298’在增产的同时高抗TY病毒病,相对防效均达100%。其中‘TY298’、“粉琪”(TY288)、“金棚11号”、“迪芬尼”为双抗品种,高抗TY病毒病、抗根结线虫病,根结线虫病相对防效为57.11%~85.72%,且相对增产率为70.62%~102.49%,是适合日光温室越冬长季节番茄栽培的优良品种。结合2008-2015年多年栽培试验,总结并归纳了相关的配套栽培关键技术。
Taking the winter cultivation of more than 10 varieties of tomatoes as test materials, the biological character was analyzed, TY virus disease incidence, root knot nematode disease incidence, fruit characters, yield, combining molecular marker detection technology was carried on the comparative study. The results showed that varieties of 'Jin-peng 11', 'Hui-teng', 'He-lan 6', 'TY298' was high resistance to TY virus disease with increasing production,and the relative control effect was 100%,followed by 'Di-fenni'. And 'TY298', 'Fen-qi', 'Jin-peng 11', 'Di-fenni' was the double resistance varieties,which was high resistance to TY virus disease and also resistance to root knot nematode, the relative control effect to root knot nematode was 57. 11%- 85. 72%, and the relative increase rate reached to 70. 62%- 102. 49% ,it was good varieties of suitable for tomato cultivars in solar greenhouse during winter long season. Combined with years from 2008 to 2015 of culture experimental,summarized out of related technologies of tomato cultivars.
