摘要
推动共建丝绸之路经济带已成为共识,新疆作为丝绸之路经济带核心区,战略地位日益凸显,新疆加快核心区建设,积极参与共建丝绸之路经济带意义重大。但由于主客观原因,新疆在丝绸之路经济带建设中存在着潜在的经济"边缘化"风险。文章从经济发展视角探讨了新疆经济"边缘化"趋向的主要表现,并系统分析了新疆经济"边缘化"风险原因,进而提出规避经济"边缘化"风险的途径,以便新疆更好地参与丝绸之路经济带建设。
To promote and develop the Silk Road Economic Belt has become a consensus. Being the core area along the Belt, Xinjiang has become increasingly a prominent strategic position. It is therefore significant for Xinjiang to participate in the development of the Belt. Owing to internal and external reasons, Xinjiang has potential risks of being＂marginalized＂. This paper analyzed the economic＂marginalization＂trends and causes in terms of economic development, and proposed ways to avoid the economic＂marginalization＂risks for Xinjiang to better join in the Silk Road Economic Belt Development.
