摘要
目的探析全程系统化护理对氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的效果。方法选取2014年9月～2015年9月我院收治的113例小儿喘息型肺炎患者,分为行常规护理对照组（51例）与行全程系统化护理的观察组（62例）,比较两组临床症状消失时间及不良反应情况。结果观察组气喘、咳嗽、哮鸣音消失时间均较对照组短,且观察组不良反应较对照组低,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论全程系统化护理对氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘息型肺炎见效迅速且安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic care of the whole drive for oxygen inhalation adjuvant treatment of pneumonia in children with asthmatic. Methods Selected in 113 cases of pediatric asthmatic patients with pneumonia from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital, which were divided into the routine care control group（51 cases） and the full line of care and systematic observation group（62 cases）, compared the time two clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Results Observation group wheezing, coughing, wheezing disappeared a short time compared with the control group, and the group observed adverse reactions compared with the control group P〈0.05, was difference statistically significance. Conclusion Systematic care for the whole drive oxygen inhalation adjunctive therapy in children with asthmatic pneumonia bear fruit quickly and safe, worthy of promotion.
