摘要
目的:对中医护理在早期糖尿病肾病患者中的临床运用效果加以观察。方法:选取我院2014年2月—2015年2月所收治的92例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为观察对象,按就诊前后顺序分成观察组与对照组,对照组患者予以常规护理干预,在此基础之上,对观察组患者再予以中医护理干预,且比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率(93.5%)比对照组患者(82.6%)高,差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对早期糖尿病肾病患者予以中医护理干预,效果显著,值得临床大力推行。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM nursing in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 92 patients with early diabetic nephropathy, admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015, were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment, the control group patients were given routine nursing intervention while the observation group patients received TCM nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, and nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group（93.5%） was higher than that of the control group（82.6%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing had significant effect in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy, it was worthy of wide clinical application.
