摘要
目的:观察艾灸结合辨证食疗治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的效果。方法:选择60例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各30例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,实验组在常规西医治疗基础上综合运用中医护理技术艾灸及辨证食疗,两组均以2周为一个疗程,比较两组的疗效。结果:对照组治愈12例,显效6例,有效5例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%;实验组治愈15例,显效8例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%。结论:艾灸结合辨证食疗治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛疗效明显,临床应用安全,操作方法简单,价格低廉,患者易于接受,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate effects of moxibustion and diets on epigastralgia. Methods： 60 cases of epigastric pain were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group of 30 patients; The control group took conventional western medicine treatment; the experimental group took TCM nursing skills and dialectical diet more. Results： In the control group, cured in 12 cases, effective in 6 cases, effective in 5 cases, invalidin 7 cases, the total efficiency was 76.7%; In the experimental group, cured were 15 cases; 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 5 cases; 2 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 93.3%. Conclusion： Moxibustion plus dialectical therapeutic treatment for epigastralgia showed an obvious effect, clinical safety, and was worthy of promotion.
