摘要
目的:探讨胃镜下治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血与护理配合方法,评价其疗效。方法:对53例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行胃镜下注射组织黏合剂、硬化剂及套扎术治疗,护士加强术前、术中、术后针对性的护理,配合医师完成操作。结果:本组53例患者中有49例止血成功,止血成功率为92.5%,病死率为5.7%,并发症发生率为28.3%。结论:胃镜下治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效肯定,护士严密的护理配合可保障治疗顺利完成,有效避免并发症的发生,提高治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of endoscopic treatment on esophageal variceal bleeding and caring works. Methods： 53 cases of esophageal variceal bleeding took the operation. Results： Among 53 patients, 49 cases got to hemostasis; the efficiency was 92.5%, and mortality was 5.7%; complication rate was 28.3%. Conclusion： Endoscopic treatment with strict caring works can guarantee the successful completion of treatment, and avoid complications.
