摘要
目的:分析中医辨证施护腹泻患儿的应用价值。方法:将我院收治的82例腹泻患儿随机分成对照组和观察组,各41例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行中医辨证施护,对比两组的护理效果。结果:观察组与对照组的治疗有效率分别为92.7%、70.7%,护理满意度分别为95.1%、73.2%,住院时间分别为(79.45±12.63)h、(102.86±10.52)h,两组结果比较有差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:给予腹泻患儿中医辨证施护效果确切,能提高临床满意度。
Objective： To valuate application of differentiation nursing in treating diarrhea. Methods： 82 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing; the observation group was treated by TCM nursing. Clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results： The efficiency in the observation group was 92.7%, and 70.7% in the control group. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.1%, and 73.2% in the control group. The hospitalization time was（79.45±12.63） h and（102.86±10.52） h in the observation group and the control group respectirely, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating diarrhea by TCM dialectical nursing can improve the clinical satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion.
