摘要
目的:探究在对肺心病患者治疗的过程中采用葶苈大枣泻肺汤与三子养亲汤联合治疗的临床效果以及价值。方法:随机选择我院在2013年1月-2014年12月收治的肺心病患者60例作为本次研究的对象。利用单双号编号的方法将其平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者在入院后,接受常规的药物治疗;观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用葶苈大枣泻肺汤与三子养亲汤。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者在接受治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的83.34%(P<0.05)。结论:在对肺心病患者施以治疗的过程中采用葶苈大枣泻肺汤与三子养亲汤可以有效改善患者的临床症状和心肺功能。
Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction on pulmonary heart disease. Methods： 60 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional therapy; the observation group was treated with the Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction more. Clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group（96.67%） was significantly higher than 83.34% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating pulmonary heart efficacy with the Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms and heart and lung function, is worthy of promotion.
